'Nonprofit' betekent, toegepast op 'any foundation, corpora
tion, or association', volgens § 397 sub (8) van de 
pba: 'a foundation, corporation, or association, no part of the net
 earnings of which inures, or may lawfully inure, to the benefit of
 any private shareholder or individual'.
